So awful my mother in law came home crying she is so embarrassed to leave the house, her hair cut is is not even a straight line and her bangs are awful, she should have never paid for this awful hair cut, so not recommend at all unless you want to waste money and have an awful hairHaircut

Critical:Professionalism,QualityThe haircut was nothing like I asked for. When the girl was about done with the cut another woman came and took over this kind of upset me because she hadn’t seen the picture of the cut I had asked for so how was she supposed to know how it was supposed to be cut. The cut itself wasn’t to bad thank goodness but it was way shorter on top than it was supposed to be. My son has whirls so in order for it to lay down right it needs a little length for the weight which is why I had the specific cut I requested. The haircut was nothing like I asked for. When the girl was about done with the cut another woman came and took over this kind of upset me because she hadn’t seen the picture of the cut I had asked for so how was she supposed to know how it was supposed to be cut. I walked up to the counter and asked the wait time. A tall heavy set “gentleman” let me know they have an opening at 1200. It was a 30 min wait. No big deal. I took it. Then I told him that I always ask how long they have been cutting hair. He proceeded to say very loudly and rudely that it very offensive for ppl to ask that. I turned and told him that I’ve had students to cut my hair unaware and that I find it very offensive to have a bad hair cut. I was taken aback by his complete lack of professionalism. I will be calling HIS manager.

She also does mine and I’m super picky, while she is doing the hair she also give you advice on how to treat your hair and what to do and not to do. The Colors she puts in mine always turns out better than expected, and the cut is beyond amazing I have super curly and frizzy hair and she know exactly what needs to be done before I sit in her chair! Her personality is super amazing!
